Eden, music, and stuff
...geh. Why is that whenever certain things come up, I react in the same way every time, even though I know from experience it doesn't help? Nothing ever changes. And I should be able to deal, but I can't. ::sigh::
Anyway, I actually did things today. Merrie and I went to the new Eden shopping centre in Wycombe. It's pretty cool. Bigger than I expected, and very well-integrated with what was there before (the other shopping centre, and the old bus station). It was busy, because it's the first weekend it's been open. We had to go all the way back to the high street to find somewhere that had space for us to sit down and eat >_>
I spent the afternoon flicking between 'eep escalators are scary', 'I hate crowds' and 'I'm good at finding my way round in crowds' - it was weird.
I have music from the library: John Barrowman's album and the Avenue Q soundtrack. Tis good ^^ I also bought gloves... dark teal suede ones. I wanted leather ones, but the only ones I could find were an odd metallic colour. The suede ones were in a sale, which was good - £4.50 instead of £15! Accessorise is closing down because there's a new shop in Eden.
The new cinema looks pretty cool, as does the bowling. I have a leaflet for the bowling somewhere... I think it'd be best to book online. Oh, and the bowling place is really near all the food places - so we'll have a lotta choice ^^
...Crap. I forgot to buy a nail file! ><
Oh, I do have 'Odd and the Frost Giants', the World Book Day book written by Neil Gaiman. It's good so far ^^ I'll finish it pretty quickly, I reckon, it's only short. ...I might have to make a fox!Loki icon XD
