greetings from arizona!
Hey Friends... Well its official, I'm a Phoencian! The weather has been absolutly gorgeous here!!! It hit 81 degrees yesterday and then was about 74 today, much better than Michigan weather :)
I started work yesterday and had a great day. Worked with 5's - 8's with Derek & Amanda, then today it was just Derek & I and I had 4's - 6's. Lots of fun. I worked Beam and Floor today (of course, the two routines I don't know yet) Which isn't a big deal because I had the book in front of me and the girls helped me out tons. Pat myself on the back for learning 20 girls names in 1 practice... snaps to me! Tomorrow I have to work again from 8am-Noon with 5's - 8's and then I have staff stuff from Noon-1pm with Amanda. I believe I also get my schedule tomorrow for the next 2 weeks and also a few more staff shirts and what not. I found out I'm going to California in a few months for a meet, so that is super exciting!!! I think thats all of my news from the gym. Oh wait, did my first private lesson today (scored $50!) on day 2.. impressive hmm ... hahaha :)
Anyway, Sean & I each opened Checking accounts today (gotta have somewhere for those dead presidents to go!) Tomorrow after work we're going to get his car stuff straightened out. OMG plates are $350 here (for an older car) ... how ridiculous is that?! His renewal was supposed to be $86 in Michigan... huge difference. Friday we're meeting up with Carly for some lunch and stuff. I work Wednesday & Thursday, then I have a 3 day weekend. Woohoo!
Well I guess thats it from here. Mom & Dad were here 2 nights ago for the night (great to see them) but then they took off the next morning. However, now our apartment looks complete. YAH for that!
