CHIROPRACTIC EXPERIENCE

Sep 22, 2006 11:29

Well still no word on whether or not my insurance is taken. The doc seemed to like me. He's a very nice individual. He also does the "art form of chiropractics." You know when they put you in strange positions and pop your back. It's so much fun. He didn't take an x-ray at all. Thank God b/c those things are expensive, yeesh. He said I was perfectly health for a 20 year old except my calf tendons are tight. I haven't been stretching lately. My acheles(sp?) tendon has been bother me so I know I should. My neck is screwed up since he was only got like two pops and normally you can get more. I had a crick in my neck all last week too. [sighs] It's still slightly bother me.

I drove home and ate dinner -nummy chicken and noodle stuff. My left wrist started throbbing and so did my right shoulder.

I "cracked" my knuckles and it hurt. It felt like I nearly ripped out my knuckles in the process...okay maybe not THAT intense, but it's still bothering me.

He was the first chiro that didn't ask how I slept. I sleep mainly on my left side or front. I always seem to wake up on my front. I hate initally sleeping that way but [shrugs] I'm strange in general. In high school one of the main words people who use to describe me is "weird." [giggles]

I really am liking it here. Everything is consistent and what I want in my life.

Oh, my other half and I were talking about the fact that, technically, my mom has control over when we get married since she's giving him my grandmother's engagment ring -which I've NEVER seen either- to use. Then he pointed out that by next year, he'd be able to pay for one himself which I reminded I want simple: gold band and single diamond -size 8 1/4. :-D [SHRUGS] We'll see how everything goes.
