At 11.37am today (Norwegian time) i will turn 30. I spent my last days of the 20s cleaning the bathroom, making lasagne and taking the tram up to Fløyen and going for an evening walk with Anngjerd. Here's a photo of Anngjerd in the red light of the sunset.
It's been a pretty good fall so far. Anngjerd and i got a three month stay as Artist in Residence in Berlin (thanks to Bergen City Council). So we're going there in january. Also we both(!) got grants from the culture department of the Bergen City Council (again), so now i'm they happy owner of a new MacBook Pro and a Nikon D700 plus sweet lenses 14-24mm and 24-70mm. I want more work, but that will come, i'm sure!
We've started hiking a lot in the mountains surrounding Bergen. Don't know why i didn't start doing this years ago. It's so nice up there!

I guess that was all for now. Oh yeah... Happy birthday to me! I'm pretty happy now, and i am very grateful for all the good things in my life.
