Cross-posting

I'm cross-posting this from Facebook, just because I really like this recipe. Normally when you try to microwave cakes they go all glug and eck, but this one is really fluffy, about which I am happy. ^_^

I was fiddling around with flour and eggs and things the other day, and made up this really nice fluffy cake-like pudding.

To make it, you need a small, lightweight plastic mixing bowl, or something of the like.*

In the bowl, combine:
5 soupspoons SR flour
2 sspns sugar
2 large scrapes of margarine/butter
1/2 sspn golden syrup
1 egg
A dash of cream or milk

Once combined into a smooth batter, microwave for two minutes. Remove from the microwave, and eat!

Note: the measurements used here aren't exact. '2 large scrapes' of butter is enough to make small pastry 'breadcrumbs' with before you put the egg and golden syrup into the dry mixture. 'A dash' is enough to make a cake-mixture consistency of the mixture.

*If you use a heavier mixing bowl, the microwaving time will vary, and you'll have to fiddle about with the time a bit. Note that over-microwaving a cake is fatal (to the cake).
