Update for those who may read this...
I passed my ELAR 8-12 test! Yay! The only thing that stands between myself and certification is the pedagogy test.
I am washing my hands of A Tale of Two Cities. The kids hate it. I am starting to hate it. We are moving on to Romeo & Juliet.
So I haven't read that play since I myself was in ninth grade. Omg, Romeo is a freakin whiner!! He sounds, for lack of a better word, so emo. I am about to smack him. If I ever met a guy like that I'd run for my life. Loser.
So, I am halfway through with my first year. No major problems. No lawsuits. My biggest problem right now is that the janitors won't vacuum my room.
