(no subject)
i forgot Kryptonite's birthday.
it was nine days ago today, and i just realized it yesterday, and omg. my best friend of ten odd years, and i forgot her birthday. it's like sixteen candles, only she's nineteen, and i feel like i should bring her a cake, if only i could get a hold of her to confirm the fact that she's home.
i feel like a horrible person, which i obviously am. and i could make excuses, like i didn't realize what day it was, etc., but...i shouldn't make excuses. there should be no excuses.
also, i need a nail file.
my plan is, i'm going to dress up like jake, ala sixteen candles, and bring her a cake and maybe a tablecloth, and pray (PRAY) that she'll forgive me. because, really, she shouldn't, but i'm hoping me clothed in a sweater vest will persuade her otherwise.
the nail file, obviously, has nothing to do with this plan. i just really need one. and a cake. i definitely need a cake.

also, my brother bought me jagged little pill, because he's just that awesome.
i miss J. luckily, summer classes get out soon, so he should come home soon. note the use of the word should.
i also miss my Will and armpit_hole.
i'm fighting against all odds from developing a crush. but i refuse to do it. so there. also, i'm reading american gods and it's magnificent and shadow makes me think of petulantgod which makes me extraordinarily happy and i'm going to need more books to read soon cause i'm about out. only not, cause i still have lolita to finish and the hours to read.
