What could I be making?




Yolks only!


(speaking of that, anyone got any recipes for a dozen egg whites?)

Add some saw dust! (err nutmeg)


Milk + cream +nutmeg to a boil (note to self, bigger pot next time, this makes a mess)


Temper in the egg yolks (beaten with sugar), and add the octane:


Now freeze it:


Almost done:


Put it in tuperware (well rubbermaid in this case) and get it in the freezer 4-6 hours:


Next step: enjoy Egg Nog Ice cream! 13.5% alcohol, if I did the math right.
