week from hell
and it is only Tuesday!!
Monday alone I managed to DESTROY my lab's benchtop centrifuge. As in, I'm lucky I didn't get hurt... the metal rotor that spins the samples around inside basically exploded. One of the pieces of metal that got shorn off of it got embedded in the lid... not pretty. I then also left my westerns in primary overnight at room temperature instead of in the cold room... however everyone loves serendipity and it actually decreased background, contrary to popular belief.
and then today I went to open Internet Explorer, got an entirely blue screen that read "Beginning dump of physical memory. Restart your computer. If problem persists, call technical services" Yikes.
I need vacation.
but yesterday Kathi told me I was "glowing". hm...
