thanks to everyone who came to tatáme tonight. i didn't see everyone i'd wanted to see, but the turn-out was so great and carmelo and i were really happy. i think the work will be up for two weeks, so check it out if you're feeling so inclined. i left some cards lying around. feel special if you find one.
alan proposed to maggie at midnight, when his birthday arrived. it was so unexpected and i've never seen a proposal in person. it put a smile on my face. when she shouted 'yes!' repeatedly, alan said 'drinks on the house for the rest of the night!'
