ah yes...the wonderful 'back to school, end of summer' post is here.
today was the first day of school. yesterday i took kev to college. today i woke up and i realized that kevin would not be coming with me to good old council rock...a fact that in the same moment makes me so happy and so sad, it is truly bittersweet. i can't say i'm that sad summer ended, but i'm also not too happy. i'm really just in a state of craziness...things are changing and i'm excited and scared and sort of ready and then at times totally ready and then at times not ready at all. but...in true 'back to school' post fashion i will bore you and amuse myself with my teachers and classes...enjoy!...
pd 1 - AP US History - my teacher's name is Mrs. Chapman and she is a crazy bitch. i see this class being very amusing and hard to deal with. i can see Mrs. Chapman not liking me at all and i will give her the same. this is going to be a fun way to start the day!
pd 2 - concert band/photo (but will soon be changed to art) - i like band i always have and this year should be the best, mainly because this year i don't have to play pomp and circumstance...but i will still have to hear it.
pd 3 - filmaking (this will also probably be changed) - Mr. McWilliams...an interesting man...it seems like he's just been through an idenity crisis and now he's trying to put back the pieces...so...if i keep the class it should be interesting.
pd 4,5,6 - hon economic theory - Mr. Longo, i like him already. the class is really big and stupid (except for meghan and some others), but hopefully some people will drop out. either way it will be a good class.
lunch - meghan is in it and that's cool. dylan is in it, so that means some hill rolling and that's a good thing as well.
pd 7,8 - studies in human sexuality/gym - Mr. Harnish. i like this class, i can definitely see it being my favorite and growing on me very much. the kids? i don't know, it's hard to tell with a class like this cause it's not a normal class. but, i think i will like it, so the kids will just add to it. gym...it's always the same thing.
pd 9 - spanish 3 - ms. sherman. she's not very nice and she seems really bitter, like her whole high school career was really bad and no one liked her. i don't think it will be a good way to end the day...but time will tell. the class is, once again, all under classmen/women, and that's a bummer, but i don't really care that much cause i still really like spanish.
so...bets will be taken now...what teacher will i like? how many days will i skip? will the halls every be safe again now that i'm back in them?!
