If life was perfect, and you had your dream job, what would you do after that job wise?
I'm not entirely sure I understand the question... I'm going to take it as being "what's your dream job"? I hope that's right. Sorry if it's not. My dream job would be running a bed and breakfast down in Margaret River while pursuing my fantasy of writing humorous books for kids. I might dabble in some wedding planning too, and jewellery making. Oh heck, fuck that - I'd pursue a career as a professional dominatrix. Whee!
Do your norks have names?
One of my ex-boyfriends named them Bill and Ben, the Flower Pot Men (with my bras being the flower pots, clearly). I'm kind of attached to that. I occasionally call them Peeky and Pooky after Kenny Everett's cross-dressing skit with the balloons :)
Would you ever drink boutique beer? OOOOooOOooo
It's a myth that I only drink Emu Bitter. I've yet to meet a beer I couldn't drink (though VB sorely tests my resolve). As a matter of fact, my beer of choice is actually Little Creatures Pale Ale. It's just that EB is so much more affordable (and it really is a good-quality bitter - the Germans said so).
What made you look at your husband and know that he was "The One"?
It probably wasn't a look so much as a sound. Probably the first time I ever heard him sing. He sang "Naturally" by Huey Lewis while he was wandering around my flat waiting for me to get ready to go out one night. It blew me away because I'd known him for about four years and had absolutely no idea he could sing. It was one of the songs on our wedding CD that we pirated for all the guests. Arr!
