Holiday Weekend Update
I'm still in St. Louis. I need to leave but I have a lot of stuff I want to do in the next couple days here. So i might not leave until Thurs?
Today:
-sent out a few resumes
-I need to call the church to ask about adopting a needy family for Christmas - my family isn't giving presents this year
-I need to call temp agencies in STL
-I just went through a bunch of boxes from high school and the first two years of college, within the boxes I found: A Senses Fail TRUCKER HAT, the Rolling Stone with GC on the cover, my Nsync/BSB and Titanic scrapbooks....and a bunch of other funny/random shit
-Maybe going to the Loop with John and Jessica tonight - I hope they've already decorated for the
holidays
Tomorrow:
-Possibly going to my sister's OB appt to see the ultrasound
-Spill Canvas tomorrow night
I need to get my car fixed too. I might end up just going back to Nashville and getting it done, I don't know if my dad is up for looking at it.
Last Tues:
-I surprised my mom by getting home a day early
Wednesday:
-Visited my dad
-Drank a bottle of wine when I got home
-Then Sarah picked me up and we went to Harrah's
Thursday:
-Went to my aunt's - on my dad's side of the family - house. Ate too much and saw my cousin's baby, who is now a year old!
Friday:
-Worked on the book for this guy I am working for, didn't get to see Annie and Britt :(
-Went to dinner at my aunt's house - on my mom's side of the family - saw both my cousins who live out of state. Drank a bottle of wine.
-Then went to Carondelet Grill where my cousin is a bartender
-Had the most amazing drink of Absolute Peach with lemonade and Tea...
-My cousin from Chicago did the "Soulja Boi" dance
-My uncle was crazy with his Tiger tail for the upcoming Mizzou/KU game
Saturday:
-Worked more on the book
-Helped my mom make pies
-Mom made a huge Thanksgiving - Part 2 dinner for me, my sister and her fiance.
-Watched the Mizzou/KU game while my future brother-in-law acted like a lunatic!
-Felt my niece hiccup...CUTE!
Sunday:
Did absolutely NOTHING!
