(no subject)
i think today was the first day all year where i was done by 2:30 and could just go home. Of course this would have been just crazy for me (i wouldnt know what to do!) so i went to the dollar store, then to mardens, then to wally world. This whole time the two things i had in mind to get was 1.) some sort of storage thing for cds/dvds or some way to organize all my scrapbooking stuff....right now its all thrown into a plastic bin thingy and 2.) the soundtrack to the notebook. At the dollar store i found a few glittery markers, stickers, and this like glow marker, all acid free for my scrapbook! i just opened the package for the glow marker and it doesnt even work! i guess i deserve that from trying to get it so cheap though! next at mardens....i found...ready.....brace yourselves! an arm rest made out of that mouse pad stuff for your wrists right in front of the keyboard. i must tell you, it feels AMAZING!!! that is pretty much the reason for my typing this and being so wordy...i just dont wanna stop! hehe i also found this neat journal thing because i have a TON of quotes saved in a word document but ive always wanted like a journal for it (yes, inspired by A Walk to Remember, written by my hero) after walking around a bit and getting really creeped out by one of the worker guys at mardens i left, still needing the notebook soundtrack and the storage container. I found so many neat things! sometimes i feel like such an old lady because i see those things and i just cant wait to have a house and get stuff for it. i found a big plastic thing for cds, and one for dvds, and then smaller ones for my scrapbooking stuff....of course all with lids and everything! i even found the soundtrack for wicked cheap! i thought it would be expensive because the movie is so incredible, but it was only $9. So, about two and a half hours later, and only about $30 dollars, i have a bunch of new toys to go play with! the best part is, its almost vacation, i have hardly any homework (as in im prolly not going to do it!) and my moms gonna be home late so i can be messy and not be told im a slacker so much :)
ok this got WICKED long but im still loving this rest thing! seriously its so simple but it feels amazing! ok now im off to get cramps writing quotes in my journal...o i forgot to tell you heres a thought to go with (its on the cover of the book...
