The Mad Adventures of the Roaming Em
So, yes, kiddies...I am going on another trip. Tomorrow...well...in a few hours actually.
"But Em," you might say, "didn't you JUST go on a trip a few weeks ago?"
Why, yes...yes I did. However, that trip was more an impromptu sort of thing...this trip that I am going on tomorrow has been planned for months.
Consequently, I'll be out of town from tomorrow through Saturday night.

Well, m'dears...I'm so glad you asked!
guardian_kysra is one of the people coming with me. So is another friend from RL, and my parents. (The 'rents are just coming along cause they want to, they'll be staying in a different hotel and everything to not cramp our style. Teehee)
As for why I'm going...well, I'll tell you:
My birthday is on Friday.
Yes...that's right. THIS Friday, the 12th. And of course, that means I must be out there celebrating it to the maximum.
I swore when I turned 30, that I would celebrate the hell out of every extra year, but this one is a special year, since it's been little over a year since I had the bariatric surgery and have lost 76 pounds. As Deano* would say, "Ain't THAT a kick in the head?"
Speaking of Deano...you might want to know WHERE we're going to spend four glorious days and three exciting nights...
Well, friends...I am heading to the den of iniquity, that motherload of impropriety, that home base of turpitude, the very heart of roguery...

I'm heading down the rabbit hole, so if you don't hear back from me in...oh...a month or so...go look for me there...
