Well call me a wuss but I'm going to go with one of the minor characters here. My least favorite character thus far is Bulgaria!
It's not like I hate him or anything, but purely because he hasn't been given enough story/appearances/screen time for me to get to know his character, and the one appearance he did get was purely to hit poor Feli. Despite being an ally he hits Italy claiming 'something about his face made me want to attack him'. For that reason alone he hasn't made a brilliant impression on me and so will be under my 'least favorite character' category. Sorry Bulgaria!
