An Old Friend

Today I had a call from someone I used to know at IRS--and have kept up with now and then through the years. His name is Hilary (not THAT one) altho he lives in the D.C area. He was driving home from a doctor's appointment and,as he sometimes does, decides the hour or so drive would be a good time to chat
