*Dusts off the cob webs* Been a while since I was here...

Anyway, Ladies, I have a question.

I've recently, with in the last year or so, started spotting after workouts -- despite working out regularly since I was in college. It was odds, but WebMD said it wasn't unusal, especially around ovulation, so I didn't worry. But in the last three months or so, it's gone from just a few spots to actual bleeding, to the point I had to grab some liners during break at work today. Which doesn't sound like much, except I've never worn liners, ever. I had my period, and that was it, every 28 days, no expections. And that part hasn't changed.

It doesn't seem to make a difference what kid of work out I do. The treadmill has the same effect as the stair-stepper or lifting weights. I haven't changed my diet. And I can say with absolute certainly, unless it is the second coming, I am not pregnant. Also, I'm not in any pain.

I have already put in a call to my gyno, but being Sunday, she wasn't there.

Anyone have any thoughts?
