Pain (Poem)

Mar 10, 2011 23:53

Drowning in sorrow, misery, dying internally.
All the wounds that should last eternally.
Hurting inside the heart that weeps.
Strong inside the mind, the memory keeps
Never easing, never passing.
All this pain that is everlasting.
Drowning in sorrow, misery, dying internally.
None of the wounds gone, there eternally.
A weeping heart, dying mind, pain constantly.
Memories of hurt, coming, going inconsistantly.
Physical pain, self inflicted, anticipation waiting.
Growing in darkness, pain easing but now debating.
Yearning for comfort, down in the darkness.
Drowing in sorrow, in the mind's abyss.
Pain is passing, no longer lingering.
Onto life, the soul is now clinging.
Regret, now rising, fighting the mind.
Hidden in darkness, light, falling behind.
Drowing in blood, misery, dying physically.
New wounds now there, forever eternally.
Passing into shadows, dying alone.
The true feelings, forever unknown.
