002. New colour fill layer. (layer-new fill layer-solid colour) fill with #C7F9FB and set to colourburn 100%
003. New selective colour layer with these settings:
Reds: -100, +14, +100, +14
Yellows: +100, 0, -100, 0
Whites: +41, +51, 0, 0
Neutrals: +16, +8, -2, 0
004. another selective colour layer with these settings:
Yellows: +89, 0, +100, 0
Greens: +100, -100, -100, +100
Cyans: +100, -100, -100, +100
Neutrals: +19, +4, +9, -4
005. add this texture:
and set to screen 100%
