anyway, tim and i (& my mom) are back from florida!! it was a lot of fun considering the fact that my mom came with us. she got pretty annoying after the first 2 days, but tim and i handled it pretty well. [note to self: next time we're def. vacationing alone.] overall recap of florida:
_we went to the science meuseum (sp?) which was supposed to have this huge aquarium but it ended up being more like a fish store.
_tim had the best burger, wings, and steak he's ever had.
_we went to the driving range to hit some golf balls and apparently,im awesome at it.
_we went to a pretty boring, but free, baseball game.
_we went to the greyhound dog race track and won $7.80 on Lauren's Frodo (that's the name of the dog that we won on, which is pretty funny since i have an obsession with the lord of the rings).
_oh, and while we were in florida, the mets beat the yankees in the subway series. hell yeah!
_funny stuff to remember: "shtrickimouuuutt", "cookie bars and a snookie go", "look out i might sit on you".
anyhoo, i have work tomorrow and (hopefully, yet not hopefully) i start work on tuesday, but who knows if i really will. in either case, i just need money for
a) to pay back my mom for the tickets to florida
b) to pay back tim's mom for my wireless chip thing
c) to buy mario party 8 for wii! [yess!!]
d) to buy tim his anniversary gift.
e) to buy my brother/dad their birthday gifts
f) to buy myself a new digital camera.
hmmm, yes, i definitly NEED money as soon as possible.
