What a waste. Half our life is spent trying to find something to do with the time we have rushed through life trying to save. But in the end, people find life entirely too time-consuming.
But in the end, isn't time nothing but perception? From everyones perception, the history of Earth is exactly the same age as they are. Unless you can only count periods where the mind is conscious. Then how much time has passed, and how old are you? By sleeping forever you are doing nothing more than halting the rotation of the Earth around the sun, pausing life itself.
