I've started a new diet through calorieking.com.au (which looks like a fantastic site) so for the next month I'll be eating nothing but tuna salads and fresh fruit and veggies. I'm not allowing myself any caffeine either *whimpers* but I suspect I'll break quite quickly.
I've decided to get some major exercise going too. I'm planning on running for 15 mins, walking for 45 mins and swimming for 30 mins each morning and then doing another 20 mins of walking at night. I'm going to have to get that all done before 7am when it starts getting hot...
This is where you, my lovely flist, comes into the picture. Whenever I exercise I need music. My current playlist for is a bit old and I'm looking to update it.
So when you yourself exercise, do housework or generally need to get yourself pumped up what songs do you listen to?
In case anyone else is looking for inspiration, this is my playlist called work.move.play:
