(no subject)
so in between playing DD, having my resident picked up by an ambulance, rounds and sadly, desperately jonsing for home, i pumped out this amazing farewell letter (supposedly collectively from ORL [26 ppl]) for the college president as he rounds up an 8 year reign next spring.
i dont care if you dont read this. i love it anyways. i am posting it b/c i can.
Dr. Mazzeno,
In the job description of a president, obligation of leadership is implied but at Alvernia the history of your impact has been written and continues to be written into the college’s successful future. Your contributions of leading an administration, shaping a community and supporting our education has dramatically influenced the legends of Alvernia’s Crusaders one student at a time.
You are a Franciscan. You love, learn and serve each day. The students happily acknowledge your presence on campus, at games and in and out of the classroom.
Through the many challenging times that we have had as an office and team you have continuously been there to guide, listen and assist us in the evolving campus life. You have impressed upon us how to grasp any situation, improve it and never forget the value of a good sense of humor.
As student leaders we feel that you are an amazing human being, teacher and friend. You are an excellent asset to our learning environment and a perfect role model. We greatly appreciate how much time and effort you have put into every facet of the university. As we walk around on campus we can be proud of our college and the exciting direction it is taking.

Now, theres always room for improvement and if it wasnt 2 in the morning, id go over it again and do a few more things.
i switched around my room a lil. why? i dunno. im outta here in a 3 weeks but i wanted a change.
i missed the meteror shower, damn reading lights and the overcast didnt help.
i will HATE classes tomorrow but im ready for my sweeetttt weekend!
