[It's a nice, autumn day with barely a breeze and Lavi is enjoying the somewhat warm weather with Monty. He's raked up piles and piles of leaves, pushing them together so that he could take Kanda out here later. Perhaps they could jump into the leaves together or maybe Kanda's new boyfriend could come and bring his Kanda and they all could enjoy

[While Lavi was raking the leaves, a sudden cold chill - much colder than normal - brushes by him, rustling the pile of leaves until it starts blowing away.

And should he pay close attention, he'd see a cloaked stranger standing a few feet away.]

[He shivers a little and draws his scarf up higher around his neck, huffing indignantly at the pile of leaves starting to blow about again.]

Come on, that's not fair...

[Normally Lavi does pay very close attention to things. But he's worn out from the new exercise he's been doing and just barely gets the feeling of "you're not alone anymore". He stills a little, hand drifting toward the hammer at his side.]

[He takes a step forward, making sure to keep the hood of his cloak over his head to hide his appearance. Though, the smell of blood is suddenly strong, seemingly coming out from him alone.

Without a sound, he just makes his way over to Lavi.]

[It's what has Lavi on edge, it's a scent he's familiar with. Monty is too far away and upwind so he doesn't smell the blood at all. Doesn't realize someone new is in the courtyard with himself and his master so the pup sleeps on.

Lavi lets the rake fall from his hand, hammer in the other and summoning it as he turns around to face the feeling of not being alone.]

[Stops when he notices the hammer and raises an eyebrow.] Fancy looking hammer there, eye-patch~

I-it's Lavi.

[Scared-glare.]

What d-do you want?!

Now why on earth would you think I want something?

Y-you always want something. [Gripping his hammer tighter, he's not going to let you destroy it, mister.]

Not always. [Glances at the hammer.] Why so protective over that hammer, eye-patch?

I-it's important to me. [Shifting so that he can't see Monty either.]

Is it now? [Suddenly right in front of him, and he grins.]

[Lavi jerks violently, hammer swinging to hit Tyki with a direct fire seal. He might be terrified but there's part of him that's an Exorcist still and he will fight!]

[He laughs, evading the seal. His form starts to shift a little bit (see icon for reference) as the grin on his face starts to become wider.]

[Lavi yelps and almost falls back onto his ass but keeps his feet, assuming a fighting stance.]

Wh-what a-are you?! [Monty is starting to wake from all this, especially after Lavi uses his seal. Never liked that.]

I'm called many things, but I suppose you can call me a ghost if you will. Not that it'll matter to you soon, anyway. [Charges at him.]

Lavi attempts to send a fire seal after him, the dragon will chase his form around until destroyed or contact his made. But he's moving away from the pile of leaves and the now alarmed puppy.
