I should probably stop procrastinating and write that essay...maybe later.

Does no one know what the Mighty Boosh is??
I NEED to stop making comments about pocket-cups, mod wolves and so on. Nobody gets it and they just give me weird looks. It like making in-jokes around people you don't know.

Went home for the weekend. It feels really weird being there, my room's so empty. But its so, i dunno, homely.

On Saturday afternoon I went into town with mum and she bought me a waterproof coat and some wellies for when I have to go trekking it up mountains. I'm not built for theat sort of thing dammit!

I met some of my firends in town, and it was at that point I realised how hug deprived I've been here. I'm not yet at the hugging point yet, although I did hug a lot of people I don't know when I was drunk. I hugged the bys a lot but there's something about girls where you feel they judge you if you hug them when you're drunk. I dunno.

We had coffee in Via and it was cool, a bit like Back in the Day but without Alli, which was weird. Later on in the afternoon it felt a bit Christmassy, just because it got really cold, but was still sunny, which always seems to happen late in the afternoon around Christmas time. Also all the shops had loads of Christmas stuff out already. I love Christmas SO much.

But there's something about being so far away from people you know that makes you feel asthough you're moving on with your life, like being uni, or texting your uni friends when you're at home.

In the evening we went out with Chris, it was really nice to see him again, especially after the drunken msn conversation during which I overshared to an extent even Lydia wouldn't think was possible. Tom came out too which was cool. We went out with them again on Sunday.

Saturday night we went to the Earl with everyone, it was really cool I guess, but still a bit strange without Alli.

It was nice being home though.

Although I was glad to get back (after a five-hour journey thanks to engineering work) and see my flatmates again (although the bastards went to see Click, the new film with Adam Sandler and THE HOFF in it! Tsk!!)

I won't be going home for a while, I promised Natalie I'd go back for her birthday at the end of November, but not before then.
