I am so glad for this fluff. ASDKF;AJKD;F THEIR NEW LIFE IN FLORIDA. They are adorable and hot and so freaking beautiful together. Also, I love how they fall asleep again after their... ventures - like they have total and complete trust in one another. It's as if they've accustomed themselves to each other so well after the war that they don't know fear when they're together. I'm such a hopeless romantic, guh.

that is my facial expression when I read this. Did I mention how your fics have this peaceful atmosphere? This is like the epic serenity of all fics I've read. I don't know if I make sense but anyway, it's like a complete opposite of what happened in combat where it was chaotic and mind torture, then there's the transition of after the war where Burgy, Sledge and Snafu were smoking and drinking and relaxing and THEN the epic heart breaking scene where snafu leaves sledge in a peaceful sleep. Then, there's this:)  
Like what theirempires said about the show leaving an empty hole in us watchers, this verse fills it up and sometimes tears our hearts out and then fills it up again.
