What You Just Can’t Stand In a Journal: Not much? It really depends, and when there's something, I don't think it's the journal I object to... unless it's got a colour-scheme that hurts my head. That i can't stand.

What You Like In a Person That can be lots of things, depending on the individual. I like humour, cheerfulness, squee, and I like geeky thoughts on stuff, honesty, open-mindedness, being non-judgemental, etc. Oh, dear, the list just goes on and on. :D

*waves hello*

Hi! :)

My name is Jeanette, I'm 23 years old and I'm from Germany. Like you, I love Harry Potter and I also like LotR, so we definitely would have something to talk about. Well, I love Denmark, so I would love to have a Danish friend, to be honest. May I add you?

Greetings
Jeanette

Hi Jeanette! :)

Sure! Mind if I add you back?

Germany? Practically neighbors! Despite trying to learn German for 5(!) years in school I'm terribly inept at it, though I've always liked the country and the language. :)

I would love you to add me back. :)

True and I have already been to Denmark a couple of times. Most of the time I went to Copenhagen during Christmas times.
Well, I always wanted to learn Danish because I like the language and the country (Isn't it funny how we like each others countries and languages? :D), but the only courses they offer on my area are classes for advanced learners. =/

I went to Rostock once when I was very small, but other than that I must admit my experience of Germany first hand is mostly... driving through. ;)

I see from your profile there are a lot of things you like that I like too! I'm looking forward to reading your posts! :)

I haven't been to Rostock in ages, but I only have pleasant memories of that place. Maybe I should go there again one day. :)

I'm also looking forward to read your posts because I have the feeling we could get along really well. :)

Hello, I'm a crochet fan as well! Are you on Ravelry? I would like the chance to friend you, though I don't know if I'll be updating my lj with crochet projects. I'm not sure.

I'm not a member of ravelry (or.. I might be, actually, come to think of it) but that's more to do with the fact that I suck at following patterns and usually go there for inspiration and then free-style it. I don't post much crochet either; I usually crochet in spurts of a few weeks till my hand begins to ache and force me to take a break. so depending on the size of whatever I'm working I might no finish it.

I'm a member of crochetcrochet here though, and love seeing what other people make!
