After some time away, Julia has returned to Shin Makoku...

Outwardly, she is the very picture of this world’s Julia. The hair, the face, the eyes, her voice, even her clothing preference is the same. But that is where the similarities end.
On her world, her family was meant to rule when Queen Cheri stepped down. Then seven of the other nine nobles conspired against them, assassinated her father and sister, and slaughtered most everyone else in the palace. Julia escaped thanks to her father’s bodyguard. She went into hiding, and emerged years later, seeking revenge and her rightful place on the throne.
One by one, she began infiltrating the nobles’ homes and assassinating them, working her way up to the castle, where Stoffle had crowned himself king after his sister’s “tragic accident”. Unfortunately, she was only halfway to her goal when fate sucked her into another world.
For over a month she lived in this new Shin Makoku, sparking trouble and bonding with a former Gunter who vanished just after proposing. Without her one friend, her restlessness was unbearable, and she could not fathom trying to forge another connection. So she left.
It has been roughly a month since she departed. In that time, she met Ken, a double of Murata, and found in him a faithful servant. Time away from the castle also gave her time to think on what she wanted, and why she was brought to this world. She believes she has the answer, and now she is ready to return to Blood Pledge and claim what is hers.
Notes: Julia was a healer, but is no longer. She gave that up in exchange for her current ability - a kind of anti-healing. She draws strength by syphoning maryoku from others. Healers, or those with healing ability - her polar opposite - would be the most vulnerable. For this reason, she cannot be healed with maryoku. She can usually control this.
She is blind. She is also an assassin. She is manipulative, bitter, and not above lashing out and going for the kill. She can handle a blade, and is athletic, though she mostly relies on lies and cutting down her victims when they least expect it.
