[He's taken up one of the best seats at the Skeleton, currently accompanied by an attractive, young, breathing lady. Oxford's presence is an unmistakable one, though, and it takes up Etyer's attention the moment he can make out the silhouette standing behind him.

It earns a slow and very satisfied grin.]

I knew you couldn't stay away for too long.

I'm not exactly the sort of man who shys away from temptations, my dear fellow. [ Is Oxford bothered by Etyer's satisfaction? Not for a moment. ] I rather prefer to indulge them.

[His company stands up with a huff after waiting it out for another while. She knows him well enough to recognize when she's stopped being the center of Etyer's attention indefinitely. Weird, too, this other guy doesn't even look young enough for his tastes. Ugh.]

You'll be very welcome here, then.

How delightful. [ Oxford watches Etyer's previous company retreat with a very smug brightness in his eyes, leaning casually against the bar at Etyer's side. So far, his gaze hasn't yet actually fallen upon Etyer himself, not since identifying his location. ] It would be something of a lie if I said I wasn't counting on that, just a little. Curiosity and temptation go happily hand in hand at times such as these.

[Etyer stands up, close enough to Oxford to quietly show the rest of the crowd that this one's with him now. He gives Rothav a glance to get him another red drink while he figures out what his friend is going to ask for.]

What will be tempting you tonight, John?

[ He finally turns his eyes towards Etyer, the curve of his smile rather subtle but broad. ]

Hopefully a good scotch and yourself, though I can live without the former, to be honest.

You can have both, as far as I'm concerned.

[Blood doesn't really taste as good when there's alcohol in the mix, but that's just another factor with variations and opinions, and the Vandals are all about getting everything you want whenever you want it. Gluttony and lust would be their favorite descriptors, if it came down to the big seven.

Rothav is already preparing Oxford's glass by the time Etyer gets his drink, shortly followed by his friend's.

Etyer raises his glass.]
