So, I had planned to have this posted well over a week ago. But since my Fall TV Preview issue of Entertainment Weekly didn't arrive until this past Thursday the 8th (instead of on the 2nd like it was supposed to) I'm a bit behind

But I tape a LOT too. And I have a DVR in one room. So that will record two shows at once (a total lifesaver) and for those times when it gets really crazy, like Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can sometimes get my little sister to tape shows we mutually watch.
I loved the Closer! But (because of all the craziness of moving recently) I still have the last 3 or 4 eps on tape, unwatched. My plan is to have them all watched before NEXT monday. John and I watch the Closer together. But we also have tapes of eps of Reno 911 and Stella and some silly summer cable shows (like Hogan Knows Best) on tape to watch too.
Last Fall, before the end of October I had trimmed at least 5 shows, and by December I'd gotten rid of a few more. I usually hit a wall. An I'm-gonna-lose-my-mind wall. So then I trim away the shows I don't really care about. But, of course, I do plan on watching Scrubs whenever those fuckers an NBC bring it back (it's one of my favorite shows). And I'll probably get sucked into American Idol again (at least for the first few weeks. The show is getting less fun each season.)
I would like to catch Battlestar Galactica, I've heard a lot of good stuff. It might be one of those shows I get via BitTorrent.
I never read the novels that Bones is so loosely based on so I might like the show. John actually wants to watch Supernatural, so I don't mind it being really scary/creepy (it's so hard to get him to try a new show, he usually only likes one per season. Last season it was Lost. He's so in love with Locke.)
