Long week...Even longer week...
Last week started out slow and dull, stuck in my room sick on several snow days and sick days, then come friday my schedule picked up. A girl at my work passed away suddenly on thursday, and the mst tragic part of her sudden death (by anurism) was that the baby she was 7 1/2 months pregnant with died on saturday. I guess they couldn't get it out of her belly fast enough after she passed out and stopped breathing, so it was a double tragedy. My thoughts are with her family, as today is the double wake and tommorrow is the funeral. i am covering shifts for my fellow employess who knew her better than I did, but I know she will be missed.
As for the rest of my life, it's been a busy time settling into the new semester and a few mini catastrophes in some of my friend's lives, whose names shall not be mentioned for thier privacy. My pharmacy screwed up my Rx and i've been without some of my pills for over a month now, which has taken its toll on my body and wellbeing. Luckily, I have an appointment today to go to the doctors (well, the mental midgets hired by MSU Health and Wellness). Hope all goes well there.
So far, school is going well as can be expected, even though i don't have the money to buy the last 2 books i need for classes, and a hw assignemnt is due out of one f them tommorrow. Uh oh. Also i have a lot of literature based classes and a lot of long papers to write and projects out to wazoo. I'm taking it one day at a time for now, and i've actually had time to hang out with friends and stuff. It's about time.
My Huney Justin is back in college, and I'm so proud of him. Even after nearly lopping off his own hand back in december, he's attending classes. I get to see him maybe twice a week for short periods of time, but its better than nothing. I miss him, but education comes first. We'll have all the time in the world together after we (or at least I) graduate, which for me is in August (keep your fingers crossed for me). My dad got me my graduation gift early 2 weeks ago when i came home to help mom out b/c she was really sick. I had a beautiful laptop, and its made my life a lot easier and I can stay in touch via email and AIM a lot easier now. so if you wanna say hi, my screenname is AgeFroG24.
