I wanted to try making my own noodles because I always use store bought. I haven't had a good nabeyaki udon in a while, so I thought maybe I'd make that.

Sure...I haven't made any noodles for awhile and it's not that hard. We'll hit the store pretty early on Sunday and pick up the ingredients. Sound good?
