It all started at 7:00 this morning...
Today (3:35 AM...or should I say yesterday?) was my first day at Kennesaw. I left about 7:50, only to get pulled over for "speeding" through my neighborhood. No worries though...I didn't get a ticket. He just warned me that he would be there tomorrow too. That's fine with me...I'll just go a different way. HA!
Anyway...I would have gotten to school at 8:30, (if it weren't for the stupid cop) but I got there closer to 9:00. With plenty of time to spare, I found a parking space...and surprisingly (sp?) I found a Brooke too. She walked with me to find my first class. When we parted we decided to met at the Subway across the street after classes.
My first class was Mathematical Modeling 101. I arrived and class was fairly empty. I found my seat...and waited. Finally class started...the teacher went over the syllabus and introduced the material. I have 4 tests...and that's all. I have a few quizzes, but those only count 10 points. After all of this...the teacher actually called roll. There were almost 60 of us in there and she CALLED ROLL! I could not believe it. I thought it was incredibly amusing...especially when she got to one specific name. All of you die-hard Buffy fans will understand...I have a real, live, Alexander Harris in my math class. HeHe!!!!!
My math teacher let us out almost 25 minutes early. I had more than enough time to get to Econ. I walked around the building for a while, and then started looking for my class. Finally I found room 151...and it was not at all what I expected. I walked in and the AUDITORIUM-like room was already half full. I sat at the beginning of class and counted...2 sections of 8 rows, with 13 seats in one row. 208 seats...and I only know of 3 or 4 that were empty. I didn't know KSU had classes that big. I'm not sure about my Econ teacher yet...I'll let you know more as we go along.
Well, I was going to write more but it's REALLY late and I'm REALLY sleepy. Overall...I had a great day.
