Friday was St. Andrew's Day. So this weekend I visited the castle again (with no sightings of The Liar!), went to a ceilidh (kay-lee; traditional Scottish dance), had haggis twice, went pubbing, climbed Arthur's Seat in the most treacherous path yet found, and had an amazing time.
Ceilidhs are amazing. Oh my God. Running in circles with boys in kilts who have better skirts than I do. I want a ladies' kilt of my own... preferrably in a tartan actually attached to me in one form or another. Of course not being Scottish really limits this.
