chronology of the sick day
Subject awoke numerous times in the morning to verify the status of the sore throat. As there was pain more than just simple irritation, subject called work, called the doctor, and called work again to say that she'd be remaining home.
Subject fed the cat twice to insure that the animal would not gourge itself and then throw up b/c of the late hour at which it was being fed.
Subject checked email, called a perspective client (who said they'd get back to her later ::rolling eyes with serious doubt::), called a current client, and completed a project.
Subject watched a list of movies:
The Interpreter
Peter Pan
The Best Man
Green Card
After which the subject went to the doctor to wait around for an hour to be told that she only had a cold. ::rolling eyes in annoyance::
Subject returned home to watch more TV and do more work:
Friends
When Harry met Sally
American Idol
Housed
After reading the Bible, Subject showered and spoke to her boyfriend before sleep claimed her for the night.
