⌘ Sheer Cold - An area attack that is vicious in execution. Regardless of surroundings, Vexen will freeze the entire battlefield, causing ice damage to all on it. It raises the effect of subsequent ice attacks and lowers those of the Fire Elemental persuasion. Harms Allies.
⌘ Shatterheart - Vexen drops the temperature of the battlefield slightly and then attacks with two huge iceberg-like formations. On his command, they shatter causing serious damage.
⌘ Permafrost - An instant version of the above at a much higher level. It has no casting time whatsoever.

♥ Vexen was formerly known as Even and was, along with some of the other members of the Clan known as The Thirteenth Order, a scientist. With this group and due to experiments that delved into the Darkness of the Heart, they collectively brought about the ends of many worlds, including their own.
♥ They lost their hearts to the Darkness and became entities known as Nobodies -- shells of their former selves who retained memories of their lives as people. They formed a group called Organization XIII that collected that same number of higher functioning people with the same affliction together.
♥ The Organization fell and rose again following there escape from The Underworld and, due to considerable pressure by one of the members, Vexen created Replica hearts for the members. Considerable conflict was felt during this period and it reached an explosive crescendo which deposited those present in the battle on Spira.
♥ They have become residents of the world, but are not a recognised species, so they are listed as 'Unknown' on their Licenses.
♥ He, along with the other former-Nobodies, has re-learned, altering the technique to a method supported by the world's physics, the ability to summon weapons but the one that allowed them to escape and travel between worlds has been effectively blocked by the Lifestream.
♥ Vexen, since arriving, has married one of the other members of The Thirteenth Order and currently resides in Lindblum, though he has regular contact with the bulk of the Clan in Rabanastre.
