Yet again, recipes are no match to my cooking-fu
Choc-chip cookies this time. Made 3 lots. First 2 were made following the recipe carefully. Not bad, not great.
Last batch was made when bored, with restricted ingredients, and no measuring. These cookies are crisp on the outside and chewy within. Conclusion: Following recipes results in adequate results. Doing whatever I think is best = brilliant cookies.
