We're the kids of Africa-woo-ooh!

I've just done some preliminary research on Africa and I am pleased with what I've read. Africa and South America make up the last of the inhabited continents by which I feel I must study before gaining an understanding to predict future trends of the world.

As was expected, I had an incredibly westernized perception of the 2nd largest continent in the world. Further research on the rise and fall of the early African civilizations (excluding Egypt, who, in ancient times, considered themselves part of Asia) will commence over time.

If any of my friends would like to discuss Africa with me (as Matt and I have begun on several occasions, but always seem to be interrupted), please feel free to chat.
