You go here, opt in for Cyrillic services, then go here and sponsored should be an option. If it isn't it means Russia hates you and you need someone else to get it for you.

As an addition to the above comment: If it isn't showing up, and you have AdBlock Plus on, turn it off and try again! That turned out to be what was causing the problem for me.
