I Now Know Why Everyone Is In Love With Things From Japan

I have in my fridge...two bottles of Soda from Japan. They're not like any other soda I've had either. These soda bottles are capped....with a glass bead. I don't have pictures yet, so this one from an online asian food store will ahve to do...

I think that what ever they make in Japan, they make it into a gizmo or some gadget. Everything has some neat trick to it and/or looks cool. When you open this bottle, the first thing you see is a peice of plastic that looks like a normal bottle cap from like a poland srpings sport bottle. But that's not what it is. What you do with this plastic thing, is you break some of it of, and underneath it is the glass bead. You use the plastic piece to "pop" the bead. When you "pop" it, the glass bead falls down the bottle, but rests above the part of the bottle that's pinched, and then it just rolls around there, and if you tip the bottle upside down, the bead blocks most of the soda from getting out.

The taste well...I'm not used to some of the fruits they make in to sodas. But the bottle uses a glass ball to cap it. Japan is amazing. The bottle making industry is top notch, thankfully thier atomic weapons industry was slow 60 years ago.
