So to recap my busy busy day yesterday. We covered about half of New York City in about eight hours. We started in Grand Central Station. We swung past the Chrysler building(just looked) and then went to the Empire State building. We were going to go up but decided it wasn't worth an hour and $18 to look out a window. So we headed on foot south until we got to the Broadway area. After stopping in a shop or two we jumped on the subway and took it to the southern part of Manhattan. We spent awhile at the World Trade Center site. From there we walked to the tip of the island and tried to take some far away pictures of Ellis Island and Lady Liberty. After that we hit up the Stock Exchange, and made out way to China Town. Never have I seen so many Asians in one spot! Keeping our course north we stopped in Little Italy for some authentic Italian food. Man was it good. The pasta was soaked in the sauce and the herbs and spices perfection. We ate at Il Cortile whatever that means. Dinner was slow and relaxing so when we came back out it was dark. We hopped a subway back north and came out right in Time Square. Dazzling is the only work to describe it. I've been through Time Square before but I don't think you can really experience it in only a couple trips. We ended our day by going to the Rockafella Center and seeing those sites. On the way back to Grand Central I stopped and had my fortune told, cuz I've never done it and I thought it'd be fun. After describing many things about my character and some things I didn't really agree with the woman said in a suprised voice "You have psychic powers" Really? I asked and she's like "Yes, you do". Then she said stuff yet to come. She said that she sees one marriage which made me happy. She said that I'm not meant to be rich or poor but to be satisfied. She said that I'm meant to live in three different countries. I was like Oh? and she asked where I was from. After telling her Ohio and she said "well I that see you're meant to travel many waters" She said that I'm going to have four kids, two boys two girls. She said that theres someone in my life that I know and this person cares for me and I care for them, but there's a lack of communication. Whether this is the "one marrigae" she mentioned I don't know. But she also said that my one marriage will come at 25. In five years. Kind of exciting but I don't count on any of it happening. It'd be sweet if it did though. I really only want one marriage, I'm afraid of choosing the wrong person and having to divorce. The idea of living abroad and having 4 kids is also exciting. So I'd say the fun was worth the 5 bucks. So then we rode the train home and went to sleep.
