I'm an oddball. I like my taskbar anywhere but where it's actually supposed to go. Vertically along the left is my current favourite. I love how the window buttons tile downwards. The only thing that bugs me is the Windows Media Player minimized version doesn't look quite right vertical, but oh well.
The background, for those who don't recognize it, is of Kurogane and Fye from CLAMP's Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle (made by my new friend caffeine-buzz, whose journal is almost more awesome in one place than I can safely handle ♥). I've been calling them one of my rare fandom OTPs, but I realize now that isn't true. I ship Fai with Sakura too, so they're not technically a one-true-pairing. But I ship them hard. Really, really hard. Harder than I ship basically anything else in any fandom ever (including Harry/Draco, Neji/Hinata, and Lucifer/Alexiel, which is saying a lot). I squee every time I look at it.

It's damn hard to make it look like that when rolling out of bed in the morning, but the split ends are gone so I'm content. XD
