Two things:
A recent article in a paper revealed that in Africa, in an effort to prevent damage to crops, women would go out and act as a form of scarecrow to ward off monkeys from eating and causing general havoc in the farmer's croplands.
But, there's one problem. The monkeys were sexually assaulting the women - breast grabbing, sexually groping themselves. When the women dressed as men, the monkeys buggered off and didn't annoy the women-as-men.
If this isn't conclusive proof that human men and monkeys share a common ancestor, then there's nothing that really and truly does. Seriously
Also, an amusing problem: I need to find someone to go to K'Naan with. I managed to get free tix from the Epcor publicist for writing a (terrible) article previewing the show. The problem is: two tickets. Everyone I know here is going away for the weekend. So, now I need to find someone to go to the show, as I would hate to waste such kindness!
