To Insure Prompt Service..........................
Im finding it increasingly more difficult to tolerate customer's where I work. I think people expect too much from me, both customer and my employer. It's odd how people can treat customer service employees so badly sometimes. And most of them that do are usually in the customer service industry themselves. I guess we just demand more from other people especially when we think we give such good customer service and see others who don't. It is sort of a vendetta I guess.
I look at it this way, if you are an ignorant demanding asshole I will only give you the bare minimum of customer service because I have to. You get nothing else, and if I think I can get away with giving you even less then you better believe me that is gonna be on my priority list to fuck you any way I can.
However, if you are a kind sensitive caring person who is polite I will give you the world if I can. I will go out of my way to make sure that you are treated good. I will bend over backwards to provide you any discounts, specials, little nit-pick items, whatever it is to make you happy. In short you will get top priority from me.
Why can't the ignorant assholes of the world realize this. It would be an oh so much better earth to live in.
