So it's the end of 2009, and so many changes have taken place. Some good, some not so good. But it's the same every other year isn't it? We do the best with what we can if shit and stones are thrown our way. I'm not gonna claim that I did everything right. I can only say I've tried my best given the circumstances.
So goodbye 2009. Goodbye buffalo and your crasy mad ass cold weather that always made me feel like I was the lead character in the golden compass and that armored bears would pop out. Goodbye nyc, I'm sorry I didn't explore you fully. Goodbye my dear car, you were awesome while you lasted, holey though you may have been. Goodbye uni life (ish). You will be sorely missed and keenly felt in all aspects.
It's those fades and transitions that make up the grey areas and venn diagrams in our lives. So now, on the cusp of 2009 and 2010, maybe it's time to just finally step forward and over bravely. Instead of worrying about what is to come, year after year.
And this time, I have someone to step through it with me. My em. :)
