just got home from seeing my lovely lindsay cohen's theatre production, kiss the bride, in which she played the lead role of the bride. while my views may be biased as a boyfriend, i think even if i had been just an ordinary person going in there, i would have fallen in love with the authenticy of her portrayal on stage. she acted superbly and i'm not just saying that for the hell of it, she really did act better than the majority of high school actors i've seen. i was surprised by the maturity and lack of censorship that winter springs high school productions get away with and that honestly made me enjoy my time there even more.
so not only do i have the best girlfriend on earth (which all of you can debate with me about but i promise you i can talk about how she's the best for as long as it takes to win the debate!), i also have the best high school actress on earth as a girlfriend! i had such a great night with her after the show too. we went to albertson's at like 1:00 and got a tub of ice cream and shared it with the lone baskin robbins spoon in my car. chocolate chip chocolate icecream is the best! i am so content with my life right now and i really believe nothing can bring me off this perfect state of mind that i'm in. everywhere i look theres beauty around me and i can't help but enjoy the warm floridian sun and the smiles that it brings with it.
certain emotions in life can't be compared to the ones felt when you're truly in love.
