last week was fantastic. i bought 4 dvds at best buy for $30 plus i had a $15 gift certificate so basically it only cost me $15. i got: jerry mcguire, legends of the fall, first knight (i know, cheesy but still one of my favorites because i love sean connery and julia ormond), and a few good men (which by the way is a special edition with loads of cool stuff). i saw love actually last tuesday which was probably the best romantic comedy i've seen since before sunrise (no comment on who has my before sunrise dvd and won't give it back).

i've constantly had a smile on my face thanks to lindsay. we have this connection where we can just talk about anything for like an hour, then we can kiss, cuddle, and talk more for another hour, then wrestle, make goofy faces, and laugh until our stomaches hurt, and then we end with a BIG ORGASM! just kidding. we end up cuddling and kissing and it's so fucking hard to leave her. i couldn't see her for 3 days because of her thespian competition which she performed perfectly at. congratulations to her and her troupe for being outstanding actors/actresses. hahaha. we went to mcdonalds last night for an ice cream and they didn't have chocolate so we decided to go to publix next door but before we left the restaurant, lindsay was like "isn't he the cutest boy ever?!". she said this to a group of employees who were all male by the way and they're like "sorry, we can't verify that question". then i screamed while we were walking out the door - "I THOUGHT MCDONALDS ONLY HIRES GAY PEOPLE!" haha, that apparently got them answering her question because some skinny guy popped his head out of the drive through window and was like "i'm all yours baby. i'll give you anything you want tonight." wow did i blush when i heard those flamboyant words.

so at the moment i can't complain about my life. i've got a FREAKIN wonderful girlfriend, my classes are pretty amazing (although i do need to put in a little more effort than i'm putting in), and i just can't stop smiling. i don't know why i've ever complained about my life really. yes, there will be many more hard times i'm sure but i'm positive that the good has outnumbered the bad overall. that's what really matters.
