it finally happened. water came dripping in our house last night. (i know fullygoldy, you told me i should do something about the glacier forming on my roof weeks ago

We've got a couple of doozies here, which busman and our landlord have been chipping away at for the better part of two weeks. Sounds like this weekend's warmer temps and rain could cure/create problems too.
