Serendipity
This weekend was kinda funny weird...Jordan had been planning to go to Hustler on Sunset with Sara (and old friend) and Lauren (Sara's friend) for about a week...but he didn't really want to go...Jordan, Shaya, and I went to the Thousand Oaks Mall around 6:00...got hungry...and argued for about 20 minutes about where we should go for dinner...after electing and rejecting about 15 ideas...we decided on Chili's in Westlake...when we walk into Chili's...the first person we see is Sara and her friend...I MEAN GOD WHAT ARE THE ODD!?!?!?!?...anyways...we eat with them...go back to my house...go to Sunset...go to Hustler store...go to Prix to watch Laurn get her belly button pierced...drive home...couldn't have been planned...but it was nice to have a night directed entirely by Fate...here's a few notable quotes...
Sara: So are you going to come with us to Sunset?
Shaya: Maybe...my parents want me to stop home and assemble a vacuum
Sara: Assemble a vacuum...how long does that take?
Shaya: Depends on the vacuum...
Me (to Lauren...after an awkward silence during which I became convinced that she hated Jordan Shaya and my guts for incessently interrupting her story with jokes): So...what are you doing next weekend?
Lauren (with the most suprising response I've ever received) : I don't know...are you free?
Shaya (while driving to my house and screaming with Jordan and I at the impossibility of the meeting the girls at the restaurant): Hold on...we gotta consult God...*opens sunroof*
Sara: I didn't heal right...

Me: Woo...step back for a sec...look at where we are and how we got here
